Today, March 8th, is International Women’s Day celebrated widely in the countries of the former Soviet Union. The streets are full of flower sellers and every woman has a bouquet in her hands on this day.
Today I interviewed 4 of our 5 kids (Nickolas was sleeping) about life in Ukraine. They answered the following questions;
At the request of my uncle, who is currently studying Russian, I made another short Russian lesson. This time the theme is Family.
Last Sunday our family visited the church in the small village of Makarova. It is a farm land so they have lots of ducks and geese and many more animals there.
