General Updates

Shortly after we arrived in Odessa I was on my way down the stairs of our apartment building to take out the trash.

This weekend Christina and I traveled to Kiev for a distance education seminar. We had a great time meeting new people and finding out what is happening in distance ed.

This week we have a medical team from the states visiting. They are doing free medical clinics in some of the outlying villages as an evangelistic tool.

The “Mother-in-law” bridge in downtown Odessa. Newly married couples come here after the ceremony to put a lock with their names written on it on the bridge and then throw the key away.

This garden is just a few hundred yards from our apartment building.

This week OT Survey is being taught in at our International Training Center here in Odessa.

Here are some shots I took this morning while walking Naomi to school.

The play field next to our building that we cross to get to Naomi’s school.

Naomi is the ninth student to come in, she is holding the yellow flowers.
