Is it possible to give thanks in the middle of war? Sometimes it’s the brutal reality of living in conflict that reminds us of all we have to be thankful for!

This is a great time to share with you why we are thankful. God has blessed our family and called us to serve Him in Ukraine,
Have you ever noticed that one of the first words a child learns is “mine”? It’s a word that they just pick up on their own without any prodding from the parents.
This was Peter’s last sermon in our church which he gave on Oct 24th 2011. He died just 8 days later on November 1st.
Just 2 days before his death Peter preached this sermon at Tabernacle Church in downtown Odessa, a church that he planted 15 years ago.
Today our church celebrated Harvest, this is a time when we thank the Lord for all He has provided for us and it is also a time when we remember the law of sowing and reaping.
