Yesterday we had the opportunity to travel out to the village of Bualik with our fellow missionary Bruce Bagley. It is a little over an hour drive out of Odessa. Because the train runs through the town and there is little need for trucks to deliver goods or for people to travel to or from the village by car the dirt road leading out to the village is quite bad. Thus for much of the way we could only go about 20 miles an hour.

Myself, Pastor Sasha and Bruce standing in the new sanctuary that “Spring of Life” Baptist church is building. Yesterday we met in the original sanctuary that is currently far to small for the amount of people they have coming.

Later in the evening after we arrived home from our visit to the church in Bualik. We decided to go for a little walk on the beach with the kids. The weather finally started to warm up here little bit. The kids really enjoyed the chance to get out and strecht their legs. They were asking if they could swim but it’s not quite that warm yet!
