The summer is winding down so the kids are taking every opportunity to play outside with friends from our apartment building

Christina and I went downtown today with Mishael and Noelle for a wedding rehearsal. Caleb will be doing his first wedding in Ukraine on Saturday for a young man in our church who is marrying a young woman from Latvia.

For a number of years Oleg has served in our sister church, tabernacle, in downtown Odessa. Although tabernacle is not a large church it is a very active church with ministries that reach all over Ukraine and beyond.

This week the kids have been enjoying Bible Camp at Gospel House church in Cherkassy. Tomorrow is the last day.

Dear friends please pray for Peter, the pastor of our church in Odessa. He was recently diagnosed with cancer.

Dima and Tolic grew beards to honor my return to Ukraine!

This Tuesday the “Hold On” team arrived in Odessa. Half the team is will is doing free dental work in our village clinics and the other half is doing children’s ministry.

This week was church camp for our church her in Odessa. Since we just arrived in Odessa on the day camp started we were not able to attend but we did drive out to the woods on Sunday for the morning worship and some good fellowship afterward.
