Chisinau

We currently have two schools in Chisinau, the capital of Molodova. Although one of the schools teaches in Russian the other school has one group who studies in Russian and another group who studies in Moldovan/Romanian. We are currently working to translate our course materials from Russian into Moldovan, however, there is also the need to find textbooks in Moldovan. Thankful, we were able to utilize our trip to Bucharest to get our visas to also buy Moldovan textbooks

I was able to make a quick trip across the border to Chisinau (it is about a 4 hour bus ride from Odessa) this week to deliver the new textbooks.

Eduard, director of one of our Bible schools in Chisinau proudly holds a copy of the textbook for “Old Testament Survey” in Moldovan.

Upstairs in the same building is a large group of students who are taking the same course but in Russian rather than Moldovan.
