We know that many have been praying concerning the purchase of a new facility for the Church Ministries Institute here in Odessa. I have to say that the Lord has been answering the prayers in a marvelous way!
At the beginning of September we still needed about $40,000 before we could make this purchase. We had no idea where these funds would come from, however, God knew! In the past month we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of God’s people! We have now received sufficient funds to close on the new facility. Needless to say, this has greatly encouraged us and given us even more confidence that God leading us in this direction.
Please keep this matter in prayer this week. If all goes well we will be closing on the property on Thursday the 23rd. Specifically pray for Yura, the CMI’s buisness director, as he is the one who is must deal with all the legal details concerning this purchase and in addition to this his father just past away 2 weeks ago.
