What a blessing we enjoyed yesterday as we ministered at Montana Ave Baptist Church!
We recieved a very warm reception from the people and it seemed that everyone was very responsive to our testimonies and challenges.
Thank you to all who were praying for us. The morning was full. We shared our testimonies in Sunday School, Caleb spoke in the 10:25 service and we shared more about Ukraine in the 11:50 service. Praise the Lord Caleb’s voice held out. It was a lot of speaking but his voice remained strong enough to get through the whole morning.
We talked with a number of people afterward who had some connection with Ukraine. It always amazes me who small the world can be. Pastor Toyer shared with me that he took Hebrew from Dr. Austel back in the 60s! That is pretty amazing. I also took my Hebrew from Dr. Austel just a few years ago. My Dad also took Hebrew from him.
Below are some pictures from yesterday morning at Montana Ave. A big “Thank You” to Eric Shannon for snapping a bunch of photos for us. It is hard for Christina and I to take any pictures when we are speaking at a church because we are usually too busy talking with people.
Sharing about God’s providence in our lives.
