One of the biggest mistakes we make is thinking that the gospel is nothing more than a slogan or a few phrases that should be repeated in a prayer. The gospel is far richer and deeper than we can imagine. The gospel is beautiful, it is a masterpiece. When we share the gospel we should strive to convey the same depth of beauty and meaning that God put into the gospel when he created it.
In February we lead a conference in the city of Yuzhy at Bethel Church called “The Art of Evangelism.” I spoke from Genesis 1 and Isaiah 52:7
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, “Your God reigns.”
