#28 Wisdom From 262 Years of Motherhood

In honor of Mother’s Day I sat down with a woman who has a 262 (the combined ages of all her children) years of mothering wisdom to share!

I am talking about my mother, Nancy Suko. She is a real hero for many as a mother of 8 and a grandmother of 19 (with #20 on the way!).

If you’re a mother then  need to listen to this episode of “Now is the Time” as it’s full of practical and godly mothering wisdom that you can put to work with your children immediately.

If you have a mother then you also need to listen to this podcast as it will give you a great appreciation for all your mother has done for you!

Your mom is wise, proof of a life seeking our Father. She has a kind voice too. I noticed some of your mannerisms in her speech patterns as well. Pretty cool. My older brother Bobby named his five kids all Biblical names as well. I only used “Selah” from Psalm for the youngest. Good advice from “wise counsel”! Happy Mothers Day to your mom and wife! God bless, Caleb.

Yes, I’m sure I’ve picked up some of the way I talk from my mother! Glad you could listen Floyd!

I loved your discussion with your mum. It would just be great to have a family like you have had. I always wanted one but left home aged 16. Mum died when I was 7 three weeks before WW11 ended and my dearly loved but abuser dad died when I was 16 after serving in the RN for 30 plus years. I prayed for him to die and thankfully he did. I have written to you by way of explanation, but fear I may have lost it without attaching my name. The wheel was going round and round and then disappeared. Please confirm it has reached you.

I love your mom! She’s such a joy to be around, and to watch interact with your dad, and her kids, and her grandkids. I’ve admired her for a long time (long before I ever thought I’d marry into the family!)
I’m so glad to be a part of the family and get to hear her advice as well as have my own mom who is also a wonderful godly woman and great example of a godly wife.

My Christina has also enjoyed having my mom around while we are in the States! I’m finding there’s still a lot to learn from both my mom and dad!
