God did some amazing things in our lives over the past month and I want to start off by thanking you for praying for me as I did Dima an Ivanka’s wedding. It was a great day and a wonderful opportunity to share the gospel with all who attended. Please pray for Dima and Ivanka as they start their new lives together serving the Lord.
Visa and Registration
One thing I didn’t share with you last month but really needs your prayers is the visa and registration process for our team of missionaries here in Ukraine. You may not realize that it takes a lot of work just to keep our people on the ground here and recently the process has become more complicated and taken more of our resources and time. Pray for our team and for Christina and me as we help with the process.
Open House
You may remember that last month I asked you to pray for our upcoming open house at the CMI. Due to a schedule conflict we pushed the date back a bit and now that will be happening on October 7th. We need your prayers for this event. It is the first time we are trying something like this so we don’t know exactly what to expect. We are praying for God to give us students for our chronological bible study which we will also be starting in October.
Annual Conference
October 30th through November 1st we are holding our annual CMI Bible school conference in the Carpathian mountains. We use this time to train our Bible school directors and teachers. It is also a valuable time when they can connect and share with each other what God is doing in each school. Please pray that God would provide the funds necessary for this vital time and that God would use it to equip and encourage our CMI leadership.
