This past week Christina and I traveled to Western Ukraine for a 3 day retreat with the CMI leadership team. Our goal was to specifically plan how we can more effectively train new leaders in churches in Ukraine and Moldova.

One hurdle that many churches struggle with is the availability good theological training for their leaders. An important key to making this training available is providing churches with the structure and resources needed for teaching theology and ministry skills. We realize that this can only be done when capable regional directors are in place to guide and oversee the training process in 4-5 local church centered bible schools.
