Will You Pray for Ukraine?

Ukraine needs your prayers!

The protests in Kiev continue with no end in sight.

The people demand change.

They recognize that something is wrong in their country.

(This video gives a good picture of what is happening in Ukraine now.)

What many don’t realize is that it’s not just a problem with Ukraine.

The problem is world-wide.

The world needs change.

Everywhere you look things are broken.

People are broken.

Justice is far off.

Politicians offer us their solutions.

They give us temporary hope.

But somehow we still end up broken,

Wondering how we got this way.

The shouts of the protesters remind us that the world has yet to find the ultimate solution.

The world needs political change.

The world needs peace.

The world needs hope.

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name is called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6

Please join in praying for Ukraine.

  • Pray that the hearts of Ukrainians would be ready to hear the gospel.
  • Pray that churches would use this opportunity to share the hope of Jesus.
  • Pray that there would be political peace and stability.

Question: Will you pray with us that Ukraine will find hope in Jesus a midst the protests?

I know the day before I was in Kiev they estimated at least 500,000 people and some said as many as 1,000,000! Either way it is epic and they are making the world notice. Thanks for your prayers.

Will definitely be praying for Ukraine and other countries in similar turmoil. That our brothers and sisters who are there will be strengthened and will find – amongst all the uncertainty, and even because of it – more opportunites to share the gospel. Thank you for sharing that video, Caleb (so very moving). It’s further proof that there is only one answer.
